Complete nightmare.

I have ordered a tyre 10 days ago, then they told me, after 10 days, the delivery is going to be delayed.
How I need the tyres asap, I decide to cancel the order.
Now they told me I need to wait for the delivery to get my money back.
If the tyres are gone, stoled, Ill lose my money mytyres?
You are transferring your responsibility to me.
So, no tyres, no money, get rid of this company!!!!!

Ordered 4 tyres for my van, the site said they were in stock and that delivery would be the 15th of July. They were dispatched on the 6th of July, I have rung numerous times for an update as the tyres were needed before the 18th, customer service are helpless explaining that it is customs fault and that the wait would at most be 2 to 3 days however customs have had the tyres now for 11 days.

I can't get a refund until the order is refused on delivery, after my 6th interaction with mytyres they offered a 5% disscount which I've heard nothing about since, nor do I feel is adequate compensation considering the amount I've paid.

My advice would be to pay a small amount more and go elsewhere, I understand that custom control is its own beast, but to have not stipulated a warning of long delays and for there to be no notification or updates is really disconcerting and frankly stressful.

This is clearly an issue as per previous reviews that have been responded to, yet no action appears to have been taken.

Hopefully the tyres arrive but judging previous reviews I could anticipate another week wait putting me out of pocket massively.

Ordered tyres on 9th July… still no tyres?

Been informed delays in shipping, not good enough.

After ordering a motorcycle tyre, which stated was in stock, and a delivery time of 5 to 8 days, I get an email to say it will be 15days. Suppose to be UK stock, but after contacting them informed me that it is being shipped from France. Not good customer service

Used Mytyres many times for quite a few years now. Always been pleased with the order process, price and product.

It can take a little while to deliver as stock isn’t available in the U.K. but it’s never been a problem with me.

I am very pleased with the item and the service was second to none I will certainly be dealing with mytyres again in the future.

Easy ordering process. Prompt delivery to designated fitter. Worth confirming fitting price first as the cost differed from that quoted on my tyres website. Mytyres kept me informed by text so that I knew when they had been delivered to the fitter. You have to chase up with the fitter to arrange, not the other way round.

I was having difficulty obtaining the tyres I wanted (Falken) so I tried this company. I was informed by email that they were being dispatched from warehouse in Germany and were being picked up by DPD. Thirteen days later , they arrived . Only one day later than estimated. Why do people complain when they find out that the tyres will be coming from Germany ? It's not a secret. Tyres are fine and what I wanted.

This is the second time I purchased tyres. Tyres arrived promptly at reasonable price. Highly recommend My Tyres.

Do not buy from them. You have been warned. Advertised as UK company with UK domain to entice customers. Website states in stock that means in Germany not in the UK although they will say it's a Global company with stock in the UK which is rubbish. I'm waiting for my tyres for 2 weeks now After contacting them twice with no clear answer other then its still at customs. They won't issue a refund while goods are in transit which basically means no tyre, no money. Don't put yourself in that position as me and many others judging by similar reviews. As always, company policy that protects themselves and not the customer.
